Because we are firmly convinced that our mission involves collection and recycling, AKENA is a member of the VALOBAT building eco-organisation. In addition, the directors of AKENA are part of the commission of the National Union of Window and Veranda Fitters (SNFA), which is working to establish rules governing the recycling practices of its members. Being a member of VALOBAT means ensuring the financing of the end of life of our products through the eco-participation.

The management of our waste does not stop at the recycling of production waste or of our products placed on the market, it also involves the daily processing of our waste related to our administrative activities: paper, general waste, packaging, cardboard, batteries, office supplies, glass, printer cartridges, etc. Special treatment is provided for all this waste in our offices.

AKENA manufactures and assembles all its products in France, thus guaranteeing a high level of quality and control at every stage of the process. To ensure a local presence and personalised service, the brand has a network of distributors throughout Europe. Thanks to this strategic presence, AKENA can respond effectively to the local needs of its customers, offering local support, from initial advice to the final installation of its products.

AKENA guarantees its products for 10 years

AKENA applies a ten-year guarantee on all its products, which are installed by its teams or installation subcontractors. The ten-year guarantee covers the repair of any damage that may occur after the work has been completed. The ten-year civil liability covers construction defects or damage that may affect the solidity of the structure and/or its inseparable equipment or that render it uninhabitable or unfit for its intended use.

AKENA's aluminium-framed conservatories are CSTB* certified.

The CSTB certification attests to the compliance of our conservatories with a set of requirements.

Scientific and Technical Centre for Building

Certification by the CSTB* validates that the Bio+ pergola with adjustable slats by AKENA is recognised for its mechanical resistance, wind performance and waterproofing. This certification thus confirms the durability of the product over time.
